Flag march held in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi police and security forces conducted a flag march across the city on Friday. Led by Rawalpindi Operations SSP Tariq Wilayat and including Rawalpindi Deputy Commissioner Capt (retired) Anwarul Haq, the convoy set off from the Police Line. It passed through Ammar Chowk, Scheme III, Chauhan Chowk, Fauji Tower, Shaheen Chowk, Rawal Road Turn, Committee Chowk, Iqbal Road, Fawara Chowk, Taleemul Quran Raja Bazaar, Jamia Masjid Road, Bani Chowk, Asghar Mall Chowk, Saidpur Road, Commercial Market, and Chandni Chowk.

It then turned back from Hamza Camp Turn, onto Murree Road and passed through Kamran Chowk, GPO Chowk Turn, Mall Road, Charing Cross, Zakaria Mosque, Mall Road, T&T Chowk, Chungi 22, CMH, Family Wing Chowk, and COD Chowk before returning to the Police Lines.
