Careem resumes delivery service as per govt directives

Careem delivery service will be operational from 8 am till 7 pm

Careem has announced it will resume delivering groceries and essential items across the country, in accordance with the revised government directives.

Keeping in line with the instructions from the Government of Sindh (GoS) following the outbreak of COVID-19, Careem has urged all their captains and customers to be 'community-minded' and abide by the government’s orders.

The delivery service will be operational from 8 am till 7 pm.



Careem will only be delivering essential items 'including pharmaceuticals & medical equipment, uncooked grocery items, pre-packaged food items, pet food, relief goods on behalf of charity organizations, letters and bank documents and prepaid mobile cards'.

Moreover, Careem has advised customers 'to use online payment methods to minimize contact. In case cash is being used, customers should try and give exact change.'
