Days after sisters Zoa and Shaza Morani tested positive for COVID-19, their father and Bollywood producer Karim, has also tested positive for the deadly disease.

“Yes, Karim has tested positive, but his wife and the staff have tested negative. We will shift him to the hospital today. The authorities are sanitising the building and the house again, to ensure that it’s safe for everyone," his brother Mohomed shared.

He said that Shaza will be tested again today, adding that, "we are hoping that she tests negative."

Kanika Kapoor finally tests negative for COVID-19

Meanwhile, a source close to the Moranis said, “The entire family is extremely worried about Karim, as he is over 60 years of age and is a heart patient. He has tested positive despite showing no symptoms. He has survived two heart attacks and has also undergone bypass surgery. His daughters are being treated in two different hospitals, and the family is trying to figure out if all three could be admitted in the same hospital.”

With both the daughters testing COVID-19 positive, father Karim and mother Zara had undertaken precautionary tests. The family is relieved that Zara has tested negative for coronavirus.
