PCB announces squad for Zimbabwe tour
Misbahul Haq will lead the squad in all three formats of the game.

Imran Farhat and Sohail Tanveer make a comeback to the national squad, and Wahab Riaz, Abdur Rehman and Umer Gul have been dropped for the tour.
Pakistan will play one Test, three one-day internationals and two Twenty20 matches in Zimbabwe.
Squad: Misbah-ul-Haq (capt), Mohammad Hafeez, Taufiq Umar, Imran Farhat, Azhar Ali, Younis Khan, Asad Shafiq, Umar Akmal, Rameez Raja Junior, Adnan Akmal, Saeed Ajmal, Yasir Shah, Sohail Tanveer, Sohail Khan, Junaid Khan, Aizaz Cheema.

Yasir shah is an excellent selection, i just practiced with him today seen his variations in bowling brilliant leggy. And a terrific fielder and no mug with the bat so overall good selection.
Yasir Shah is a player that i know since my child hood he is a best leg spinner with high level of variety in his bowling and along with his bowling he is a best fielder which can strengthen the fielding he should be given chance in matches that he can prove his potential.His betting can also be winning strength.

Why Tanveer Ahmed dropped?? with fast wicket taking rate among peers, he was required in the squad.
I think Younis is included just to have an another senior player to encourage new talent otherwise I don't think he is enough impressive to include. Secondly have two Akmals from one family gives us message that there is shortage of talent in Pakistan.
Can Pakistan ever have a wicket keeper who can bat like Sangakara, Dhoni or Gilchrist.....??
Imran Farhat's come back to the national squad is beyond my comprehension. What is the criterion for selecting a player? Farhat is in the squad because he is son-in-law of a selector Mohammad Ilyas, an enemy of Afridi. What was his performance in the last domestic tournaments? Likewise Sarfaraz is ignored and younger son of Akmal family is inducting for wicket keeping. Sarfaraz has proved his competence during the last domestic tournament. PCB should discourage nepotism and team be formed only on merit so that Pakistan Cricket can stay alive worldwide.
Surprised with Adnan's inclusion. I felt the new wicket keeper did well in West Idies tour and he deserved to be in.

Well it is good to see that PCB has picked up some promising youngsters from the domestic circuit a la Rameez Raja jr and Yasir Shah. And why is Adnan Akmal back in the squad??? :O I thought the other 'keeper was going good...
