Ariana Grande finally reveals her natural hair

The singer famously detailed her struggle with damaged hair in 2014

When you hear the name Ariana Grande, chances are that you visualise a long, snatched ponytail. However, it seems like Ariana may be taking a break from her signature style.

While others are turning to trimming their own hair and resorting to fun ways to look for change in a mundane routine while in quarantine, Ariana seems to be embracing her natural self.

The songstress took to Instagram to share a rare photo of herself with her curls - sans ponytail - out in full force. She playfully captioned it, "Get a load a this."

The curls are, of course, not a surprise for her fans who have seen her rock them before but over the years, the slick and straight ponytail has pretty much become a trademark Ariana look.

Ariana's mother, Joan Grande, also couldn't hold back from complimenting her daughter's natural beauty, commenting, "Your natural hair/curls is a world of its own. A magnificent beauty you are inside and out, made up or natural. I love you."

The 7 Rings singer was last seen rocking her natural hair in an Instagram post by stylist Josh Liu. "Natural curls coming in strong with a little tlc," he wrote.

Ariana famously detailed her struggle with her hair in 2014, post the Nickelodeon show Victorious, where she played the role of Cat . "I had to bleach my hair and dye it red every other week for the first 4 years of playing Cat. As one would assume, that completely destroyed my hair," she had said.
