Atif Aslam lauds Prime Minister Imran Khan's efforts against COVID-19 pandemic

The singer has also urged his fans to help those around them in these dire times

Atif Aslam has been quite vocal in the past few days with regard to the corona outbreak in Pakistan, for quite some time now. The singer recently posted a video on Instagram in which he appreciated Prime Minister Imran Khan and the government's efforts in managing the situation.

Apart from lauding the authorities, Atif also requested his fans to help those around them in whatever capacity they can.

"I just wanted to appreciate our PM Imran Khan for taking the necessary measures to deal with this pandemic. Aur mein yehi keh nah chaonga kay jiski jis hawaley sey capapacity woh ird gird dekhey, apnay paroseyoon aur jisko bhi zaroorat uski madat karey ( I want to say that everyone in whatever capacity they can should look out for their neighbours and those around them)."

"I dont want anything from the government. I dont want anything from anyone. I just wanna appreciate PM for everything you are doing. For the steps that you are taking. In this time we are all with you," he said
