Deepika Padukone shows us how to eat and exercise in self-isolation

The Bollywood star also seems to be making the most out of her time at home with husband Ranveer Singh

Deepika Padukone has been constantly sharing updates from her home via Instagram as many of us are staying home amidst the coronavirus outbreak.

The Bollywood star shared glimpses into her everyday life of what she eats and how she works out, including some of her beauty regimes and organisation tips.

As the pandemic has forced many parts of the world into self-isolation, Deepika took it upon herself to start a series of photos and videos which she titled 'productivity in the time of COVID-19'.

The Padmaavat star showed her large following base cleaning her wardrobe, indulging in some self-care and focusing on staying fit. Recently, Deepika also shared photos of her juices and fruits as well as treating herself with some chocolate after her workout.

Over the weekend, the actor also posted clicks of herself eating watermelon and sipping on some juice while on a video call from the comfort of her own couch.

In a comfy night suit, glowing skin and hair tied in a bun, Deepika wrote, “Season 1:Episode 3. Drink juice. Eat fruit. Productivity in the time of COVID-19.”

Deepika seemed to leave many inspired by sharing her stay-at-home skin routine. One such Insta-worthy snap that made it to the Bollywood star’s feed was of her massaging her face in the bathroom in her pyjamas and make-up free.

Meanwhile, hubby Ranveer Singh also posted an adorable picture of him and Deepika from their home while quarantining together. "Double the endorphin-rush when she’s around! #homegymbuddies," the actor wrote.

On the work front, Deepika had kickstarted the shooting for Shakun Batra, before the coronavirus outbreak brought the entire industry to a halt. Looks like the star is staying home along with Ranveer and making the most of it.
