Postings: 4 patwaris forge documents

MULTAN: Local police officials have registered an FIR against four patwaris on charges of submitting fake posting orders to Multan revenue officials on Monday. Cantonment police officials said that Patwaris including Rafiq, Allah Datta, Riaz and Choghatta Khan had presented their posting orders which later turned out to be forged. The documents approved full time postings for the four officials and also recommended added pay for the men. The matter was then reported to police and an FIR was registered against the accused. Police officials are conducting an investigation into the incident and are searching for the man involved in helping the accused forge the papers.
