Nurse found dead in nursing hostel

An injection was spotted in the victims leg

LAHORE: A 34-year-old nurse was found dead under suspicious circumstances in the Nursing Hostel of Mayo Hospital on Wednesday. The victim was identified as Samina, a resident of Rawalpindi.

She was spotted by a colleague lying unconscious in her room. She was shifted to the hospital where doctors pronounced her dead. An injection was reportedly spotted in her leg. A police team collected evidence from the scene. Initial investigations suggested that it might be a case of suicide. Further investigation is underway.
