COVID-19: Here's how local celebrities are keeping safe amid the outbreak

From Atif Aslam to Hira Mani, many are taking safety measures

Entertainment Desk March 17, 2020
With a pandemic raging across the globe, healthcare officials around the world have set some basic hygiene standards - wash your hands and sanitise often.

Another pretty popular measure is the use of face masks and celebrities seem to be taking full part in doing the needful with their hectic schedules and intense travel plans (however, delaying any travel would've been more preferable).

While it seems like the Meray Paas Tum Ho team couldn't delay their US tour - which would've been more effective - they're making sure to be safe.

Adnan Siddiqui took to Instagram to share a photo of him and co-star Humayun Saeed, with their faces covered with surgical masks, aboard an airplane - as scary as that sounds right now.

Their co-star Hira Mani kept it stylish, striking a pose with a surgical mask on, before making an appearance. She posted the selfies on her Instagram.

Superstar Atif Aslam is also not taking any chances, it seems. The singer ran into stylist Tariq Amin, and incidentally, both were rocking face masks!

Two other people who are on top of their hygiene game are Anoushey Ashraf and designer Nomi Ansari. The two were spotted stocking up on face masks, sanitisers and disinfectants.

Ayesha Omar also posed with a friend wearing a face mask. Take the hint guys and stay safe!

Model Zara Peerzada also made sure to stay safe, posting a selfie with a surgical mask as she traveled in a car.

Here's pleading everyone to stay safe and practice isolation for some weeks!
