A bench, comprising Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed, was hearing the case.
The petitioner claimed that the reply submitted by the Sindh government against a notice in court was forged by CM's special adviser Murtaza Wahab and the advocate general.
Approaching the court regarding the alleged forgery, he stated that he had filed a petition earlier against the appointment of special advisers to the CM, upon which the court had asked the Sindh government about the advisers' and special assistants' role as mentioned in the law.
"The court was misled and a case should be registered against them," he claimed and requested action against Wahab and the assistant advocate general.
Justice Mazhar remarked that it was the responsibility of the advocate general, and hence he should respond.
The court has sought a reply from the advocate general by March 20.
