JuD's Hafiz Saeed declares suicide bombings un-Islamic
He said that the brutal killings of Muslims under the name of a so-called Jihad was a condemnable, inhuman and un-Islamic act and that the people doing the suicidal bombings do not belong to Islam.
He stated this while addressing a separate meeting of the workers at Daska city.
The JuD chief said that peace, economical and political stability in Pakistan was possible only in following the teachings of Islam and through Jihad.
Later, addressing a convention of the local traders at Sambrial, Hafiz Muhammad Saeed revealed that the USA has used Pakistan for its (USA) personal gains and now the time has come for the incumbent rulers of Pakistan to get rid of USA.
He said that Indian has never accepted Pakistan as well as the partition of the Indo-Pak subcontinent, which was a shameful act on India’s part which claims to be the biggest democracy in the world.

@Ashutosh: I'm sorry but you have got it absolutely wrong. In the Quran, it very clearly says, 'if you kill a human being (not just a muslim) unjustly as though you have killed the whole of humanity'. There is no where in Islam it says non-muslims are less of an human being. Yes, in the context of a battle or war then it is permissable to kill those who come to attack you. But even in the battle field if someone offers you peace then not only accept that but also take that person to the place of security (this is what is commanded). If you need then I can also send you the exact references.

@Timorov: You are ignoring the very obvious fact that, right or wrong, many Muslims have a different interpretation of religious doctrine, and believe that suicide attacks and all sorts of other nasty, uncivilized behavior is permitted, and even REQUIRED, of Muslims. The rise of extremism in the Islamic world, for whatever reason, cannot be swept under the rug by moderates claiming that "Islam does not allow this" and leaving it at that. The Muslim world needs to do a much better job of countering extremist dogma through active education, intervention, and REJECTION of extremism AND the extremists who spread this poison. If the recent trajectory of Pakistan over the last 30 years is any indication of the direction of things, the moderates are losing that battle big time!! Stop blaming the rest of the world for your problems and clean house!!!
Pakistan seriouely concentrate on education otherwise there will be thousands of hafiz saeed who will confuse your own society and that will be first step for anarchy.

No court in India/USA can prove his involvement unless he's a party to the case. Would you send him to India for a fair trial? Also, Pakistan can easily prove his involvement, provided they don't drag their feet and are sincere in their efforts.

Hafiz Saeed is not a Muslim leader but a fringe element, and there are many such fringe figures in all major religions who speak of wanton killing etc (assuming that Hafiz Saeed promotes that).
The Islamic canon and legal doctrine, and hundreds of Muslim scholars (for instance at the Amman declaration) will confirm this makes it abundantly clear that killing any human being is un-Islamic and a grave injustice against humanity itself. The Qur'an also makes it very clear that anybody who kills another human is tantamount to killing all of humanity.

India has an embassy in Pakistan and allows Pakistan to have an embassy in India. This means Indiar ecognizes Pakistan.
It is true that Indians do not recognize the 2 Nation Theory that Hindus and Muslims are 2 separate nations and cannot live together. It is not just Indian Hindus but Indian Muslims who totally do not accept that Hindus and Muslims cannot live together in peace or else they would not have stayed back in India at the time of parition.
In fact there is no outcry when a Hindu boy marries a Muslim girl or a Muslim boy marries a Hindu girl. In other words Hindus and Muslims can even stay in the same home peacefully accordingtoIndians.
But just because we do not accept the 2 nation theory which formed the basis of partition, it does not mean that we want to roll back partition and merge with Pakistan. There would be no benefit whatsoever in doing so for India. We are a secular , democratic republic where diversity is not just tolerated but cherished AND we want to keep it that way.
