Miley Cyrus' boyfriend shuts down pregnancy rumours

Cody Simpson recently came on the 'Today Show' to address the situation

Cody Simpson's recent comments ignited rumours about his girlfriend, pop star Miley Cyrus being pregnant. Simpson in a recent interview had admitted that he does plan to raise a family in future, according to Pinkvilla.

Since then, the Australian singer has gone on to clarify on the Today Show that Cyrus in fact is not pregnant. "Oh yeah! I've been pregnant for years apparently," he said on the show as he burst out into a laughter.

"You've just got to take it (rumours) in your stride and what I try to do is focus on my work and what's important to me. For me, that's my work and my music," Simpson added. Among other things, Simpson noted that he still misses Australia and would like to go there more often.

"I would like to return back in Australia for sure. I miss Australia a lot. I would like to come back more. I will always have a home base in LA, but Australia will always be Number 1," he said.
