Two killed as roof collapses due to rains

ATTOCK: Two members of a family, including a child, were killed while three others were injured when the roof of their mud house collapsed in the Nilhad village of Pindi Gheb, Rescue Officials said on Friday.

Rescue 1122 officials said that the family of five were sleeping in their mud house between Thursday night and Friday morning. Owing to a fresh spell of heavy rain in the region overnight, the roof of the mud house collapsed. As a result, a 26-year-old woman and her three-year-old daughter died on the spot.
