"The film transcends cultural and linguistic divides. A Sindhi will enjoy it as much as any Punjabi. The content will be very palatable to the new generation that in times to come will extend the immortality of the fictional characters, Maula And Noori," Lashari told The Express Tribune.
However at the same time he did warn that the film takes certain liberties with violence which may not be digestible for some.
"Parents might not find the film suitable for their kids because of the graphic nature of few scenes so I would strictly advise against bringing children to cinema. I would advise the faint-hearted and big babies to stay at home," he said.
Last week Fawad Khan who plays the role of Maula in the film posted a picture from the film on Instagram and made the Eid-ul-Fitr announcement official.

“This was the day all the blood, sweat and tears began. It was my first day of the shoot. Thought we’d share this with you as the adventure begins this Eid-Ul-Fitr,” Khan said on Instagram.
The film also stars eminent names such as Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mahira Khan, Humaima Malick, Ali Azmat, Shafqat Cheema and Nayyer Ejaz.
“The movie aims to bring a contemporary take to the cult screen characters of Maula Jatt and Noori Nath. Said to be the country’s most expensive production to date, the movie is set to become not only a production marvel in Pakistani cinema but will take the fighting style unique to the east, ” said a press a release.
