Captain (retd) Usman visited patients in different wards to hear complaints

The provincial secretary of primary and secondary health care on Friday visited different public hospitals to review their administrative framework as well as the facilities.
Captain (retd) Muhammad Usman checked the doctors’ attendance record, duty schedules and paramedics working criteria at the Shehbaz Sharif Hospital and Fatima Jinnah Hospital.
He visited patients in bed at different wards to inquire about their health, hear complaints and seek their opinion to improve the efficiency of the aforementioned hospitals.
He reprimanded Shehbaz Sharif Hospital administration for poor cleanliness and issued direction to improve the situation.
