Former One Direction member Harry Styles was held at knife-point and robbed of cash on Valentine's Day, reported The Guardian.

According to police reports, the Watermelon Sugar singer was “threatened with a knife” in Hampstead, North London at almost midnight. The star was unharmed after giving the assailant an unspecified amount of cash.

London police asserted that the incident was being investigated, saying, “Officers were contacted on Saturday, 15 February regarding the incident which happened at 23.50 hours on Friday, 14 February."

“It was reported that a man in his 20's was approached by another man and threatened him with a knife. The victim was not injured however, cash was taken from him,” they added. However, no arrest has been made yet.

“He actually played it pretty cool, quickly giving the assailant cash, keeping himself and the guy calm and getting the situation over with,” revealed a source, adding, "Understandably though it left him very shaken up afterwards."

He has earlier been subjected to harassment in the form of stalking as well. 26-year old Pablo Tarazaga-Orero was convicted of stalking the star last October.

Despite the ordeal, Styles showed up to the Brit Awards in good spirits on Tuesday night where he put on a show. He was also nominated for two awards but lost out to Stormzy and rapper Dave.
