University transport problem

This will no doubt help students study with peace rather than worry about the long ride to and from university.

KARACHI: The problem of public transport is increasing by the day. It has become very difficult for the public to commute to their workplace or their universities. In Karachi, this major problem has been there for a long time but the authorities seem to be blind to it. Public transport vehicles are in a deplorable condition and break down multiple times in the middle of the road. This problem persists specifically in government universities that provide rundown buses which are cramped with students. Commuting becomes a burden rather than a process of reaching from one destination to another.

Thousands of students risk their lives daily and endure long tiring rides. The university administrations need to find a solution by providing ample state-of-the-art buses so that travelling is comfortable and easier. This will no doubt help students study with peace rather than worry about the long ride to and from university.
