Pak Railways to raze encroachments in Karachi today
PR officials have also sought the Sindh government's help during the drive

Pakistan Railways (PR) officials are to launch a massive operation to demolish encroachments from Jang Press to Clifton Bridge near City Railway Station today (Thursday).
A letter issued by PR on Tuesday instructed officials to issue notices to encroachers and begin the marking of these areas. According to the letter, the operation is being carried out in line with the orders given by the Supreme Court last week, when the apex court directed the removal of encroachments on the Karachi Circular Railway route.
PR officials have also sought the Sindh government's help during the drive, while the Sindh police, PR police and Sindh Rangers will be available during the drive.
