HYDERABAD: Employees of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) will stage demonstrations in all cities of Sindh on July 24, said the NADRA Employees Welfare Association Sindh, at a press conference on Friday. NADRA has a workforce of 13,723 employees, including more than 4,000 in Sindh. But they have been working on contract for 10 years and now want permanent jobs. A majority of the employees work as computer operators, cameramen and in data entry. They are paid between Rs6,500 and Rs16,000 on the basis of seniority but this is lower than federal government salaries. They also asked for permanent jobs, an annual salary increment, a promotions based on seniority.

This is very seriouse issue we appeal to Prime Minister that do somthing for NADRA Employee and for new genration of Pakistan. We all want permanent. thanks
