Four militants killed in Orakzai clash

Militants attack checkpost in Dabori area of Upper Orakzai Agency.

ORAKZAI: Four militants have been killed and a security official was injured during a militant attack on a checkpost in Dabori area of Upper Orakzai Agency, Express 24/7 reported Friday.

Sources said militants attacked the checkpost, as a result of which, the security forces retaliated and killed four militants.

Earlier on Monday this week, at least nine people, including eight militants and a security official were killed when the militants clashed with the security forces in the same area.

Political authorities claimed that most of the areas in the agency have been cleared of the militants.
