Govt urged to revive national dignity through art

IAF President Jamal Shah says festival aims to encourage artisans, skilled workers

ISLAMABAD: The government on Thursday was urged to take measures to revive national dignity through art and culture.

This was urged by Islamabad Arts Festival (IAF) President Jamal Shah as he addressed a gathering related to IAF 2019, at the Islamabad Club on Thursday.

The renowned miniature painter Ustad Basheer Ahmed and other related officials were also present on the occasion.

Announcing IAF 2020, Jamal said that the festival aims to encourage artisans and skilled workers.
