Watch: Adnan Siddiqui sings and thankfully it's not 'Merey Pass Tum Ho's' OST

The actor sang 'Sohni Dharti Allah Rakhay' in a recently surfaced video

It appears that much like his peers in the acting fraternity, Adnan Siddiqui also wants to showcase his musical 'talent'. A video has surfaced that shows the veteran anchor singing while playing the harmonium during the shoot of an upcoming episode of the  TV show Mazak Raat.



However unlike some of his co-stars, Hira Mani to be specific, Siddiqui didn't plug in  Merey Pass Tum Ho by delivering a half baked rendition of the show's title track. He instead, being the upstanding citizen he is went on to sing a patriotic number, Sohni Dharti Allah Rakhay. The actor might still need to work on his singing, but his harmonium playing does show promise.

Although the actor tried his best to invoke patriotic sentiments from his fans, they instead opted  to make make Merey pass tum ho references.
