Unless Afghanistan understands that is being used and exploited by India, peace will not prevail. Afghanistanis is so beat up that it has no control over its own country and that the opportunist India has bases established in Afghanistan with its main goal to destabalize Pakistan, but it is backfiring as it has not only destabalized Afghanistan but may spread beyond Pakistan into India and involve a much wider region.
