When makeup mogul Kylie Jenner announced her breakup with beau Travis Scott, it came as something of a shock for their fans and followers - the two had a seemingly glorious relationship, sharing a daughter Stormi.

Now, for the first time since their split in September 2019, Travis shed light on his relationship with his child and the mother of his child in a candid interview with XXL magazine. He also finally cleared why the two ultimately decided to end their two-year long relationship.

"The hard part about relationships is just trying to be in one without a million outside voices interfering," said Travis, possibly referring to the multitude of influence of their millions of obsessive fans. Not to mention, the sprawling KarJenner clan who may just be the tiniest bit overbearing.

Talking to Hollywood Life, an insider revealed that the couple's priorities started to differ leading up to the split. "Travis was getting antsy not going out more now that Stormi is older. He wanted to live the life he has afforded himself and be out and about more. Though Kylie is young and wants to go out herself, she is also a wonderful mother and wants to live her life as a family," they said.

"Kylie doesn’t like Travis not wanting to be there more often doing the family thing and that was one of the initial strains that brought upon the breakup," the source added.

The Houston born rapper, however, made sure to clear it out that he still loves Kylie - the two ended their relationship cordially, so there's no bad blood - and always will.

Talking about their daughter Stormi, Travis said, “Stormi is one of the best human beings I know. She's like my best friend,” before adding, “I love her mommy and I always will."
