FAISALABAD: A laboratory attendant working at the Government High School Chak No452-JB was arrested by Anti Corruption Establishment (ACE) forces on corruption charges on Monday. Action has been taken on the complaint of Chiniot school headmistress Afzaal Tahira who alleged that laboratory attendant Kokab Shakeel embezzled Rs288,000 from official funds. On the complaint, City Chiniot Police registered a case against the accused and forwarded a report to the Faisalabad region ACE for further action. Police officials have arrested the laboratory attendant and recovered the misappropriated money.
