Exploring new market: Pakistan Furniture Council to visit China
China tour will enable investors to identify potential organisations
LAHORE:
A high level delegation of the Pakistan Furniture Council (PFC) will leave for China on a five-day visit next month to explore new markets and strengthen existing bilateral trade with their counterparts in the furniture industry to promote business to business trade.
Chairing a meeting of furniture exporters at the head office, PFC Chief Executive Mian Kashif Ashfaq said that the delegation aims to have a ‘one to one’ interaction with foreign business leaders, researchers and investors in China.
The tour will enable investors to identify potential organisations to partner with and develop successful regional economic strategies and support regionally vital businesses, said Ashfaq. He was of the view that economic and trade relations between Pakistan and China possess great potential.
