QUETTA:
Balochistan Finance Minister Mir Zahoor Ahmed Buledi on Monday said Pak-China friendship is based on strong economic ties, which is getting stronger day by day.

"China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has opened the gates of foreign investment in Pakistan," said Buledi during an inaugural ceremony of Hospital and Technical Center in Gwadar.

Chinese Consul General Wing, Provincial Minister for Revenue Saleem Khosa, Chief Minister's Adviser for Fisheries Haji Mohammad Akbar Askani, MPA Mubeen Khilji and Pakistani and Chinese officials were present on the occasion.

Zahoor Buledi said that the establishment of China Aid Hospital and China Technical and Vocational Institute will make it easier for the people of Gwadar to avail medical facilities and vocational education.

“The projects under the CPEC will change the destiny of the region along with bringing prosperity to Pakistan,” said Buledi.

"The 150-bed hospital will be constructed at a cost of 240 RMB, while 87 million RMB will also be provided to establish Pak-China Friendship Technical and Vocational Training Institute," he told, adding that the construction of technical centre and hospital is a prime example of Pak-China friendship.

“Thousands of people will get employment opportunities through these projects,” he elaborated.
