Pakistani graduates and professionals have so much potential to offer in the technology sector

ISLAMABAD: In the past few years, technology has tremendously changed the world. The dynamics of most businesses and economy of the world are shaping themselves towards technology in order to boost their economy.

In Pakistan, there has been much speculation that we lag behind all developed countries when it comes to development and technology. If Pakistan wants to see its economy boost, then it should consider the things which leads the developed countries to boost their economy. One of the best examples is of America.

How has America established itself as a giant in terms of its economy? It is all due to its emphasis on technology. In the modern world, America has the top leading technology companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Oracle, Apple and topnotch universities like MIT and Stanford. This helped America to become the economic giant it is today. It currently rules the technological world. This proves that technology is one of the biggest factors in playing a vital role in a country’s economy.

Pakistani graduates and professionals have so much potential to offer in the technology sector, but the government of Pakistan is not focused on it.

Why can’t Pakistan have one of the top leading technology companies and universities? What exactly is preventing Pakistan from becoming the world’s biggest IT hub?  Why can’t Pakistan become the fastest growing economy in the world? These are some of the questions which should be kept in consideration by the government of Pakistan and the people as well. The government of Pakistan should take measures for the technology sector in order to boost the economy.
