No one is perfect, we all make mistakes and we are all wrong-doers
LAHORE: People fear darkness, in adolescence. Some of us were scared of it back then but as we grow up, we realise there is nothing to be afraid of. But do you really think that darkness is not scary? If yes, then what about the darkness we all have within us? This darkness is completely ignored by some of us until something big or something messy happens to us. While some of us are constantly fighting with one’s own demons, there are those who are scared of admitting their imperfections.
No one is perfect, we all make mistakes and we are all wrong-doers. So, why do we think that the darkness within defines us? We confess that we know our friends and family more than themselves but is it really true? No! Let’s just admit the fact that we all are being judgmental, whenever one shares one’s darkest secret with us, a rough image of that person is drawn in the subconscious of our minds, knowingly or unknowingly! Do we have a right to do that? No one chooses depression over peace of mind. It’s us, whose constant judgments inflict the depression in others. So let’s be kind and instead of judging others, we must be judging ourselves.
