The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and Diverse Learning Concepts (DLC) Worldwide on Saturday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide the country with leading edge human resource.
LCCI Senior Vice President Sheikh Mohammad Arshad signed the MoU on behalf of the chamber, while DLC Worldwide was represented by its Chief Executive Officer Alan Linden.
According to the MoU, LCCI and the DLC Worldwide will collaborate in ensuring quality technical training in the field of supply chain, banking, logistics, operational management, sales and marketing management, logistic consultancy and human resource development to public, private and development sectors for the benefit of the business community.
Both the LCCI and DLC Worldwide will also cooperate and collaborate to enhance the capability of their respective organisations.
Speaking on the occasion, Linden said that the training programmes have been carefully designed by subject experts as well as practitioners from respective disciplines within the corporate, private and public sectors. He said that in the first phase, the programmes will be conducted in Lahore while in the second phase programmes will be arranged in all parts of the country. DLC Worldwide (Pakistan) caters to the real time need analysis of human resource development, he added.
