Health issues

ISLAMABAD: Diseases like cancer, low haemoglobin content in blood, bone weakness, blood pressure, food poisoning occur frequently to people of all ages throughout Pakistan. Why are people in our country suffering from these diseases? It is mainly because people have poor health and they consume impure food on a daily basis. In other countries, people are much more conscious about their diet. They measure every ounce of the minerals and food they put inside their body. Unhygienic and impure food does not satisfy or fulfil the body’s requirements for nutrition. In fact they do the opposite by spreading harmful toxins. In other countries, the maximum average age of people is 90-100 years but in our country the maximum age limit span is 60-80 years, where people after 40 becomes weak. Nutrition and diet is important because they contribute to mental and physical fitness. It is because of a healthy diet, proper exercise and a positive mindset people are able to live a long and happy life. I urge the government to keep proper check on the purity and quality of food as it is important for building a healthy nation.
