CDA removes encroachment in sectors I-13, I-14

ISLAMABAD:
The Capital Development Authority's (CDA) on Wednesday demolished a number of illegal structures, encroachment and illegal constructions on state land in its on-going operation.

During an operation, staff of the CDA Enforcement Directorate demolished an illegal fence and junkyard in the Haj Complex area of Sector I-14.

The CDA officials had brought a bulldozer to tear down the illegal structures.


In Sector I-13, the enforcement staff destroyed a roadside eatery, a construction material depot and a stall selling upholstery of vehicles and got state land vacated from encroachers.

Similarly, CDA officials confiscated pushcarts and other encroachment material of street vendors near Mandi Morr and deposited the goods in CDA store.
