KARACHI:
The rupee ended slightly lower against the dollar on Thursday as it closed at 85.85/90 in comparison to 85.83/86 a day earlier. Dealers said the local unit is likely to remain range-bound this week amidst steady demand for import payments and level dollar inflows. The rupee hit a record low of 86.50 in May, but has majorly seen stability since then.
