The provincial minister attended a procession organised by Idara Maroof-ul-Qura'an with reference to the forthcoming event of Eid Miladun Nabi. “Our beloved Holy Prophet (PBUH) came to be as a mercy to all the universe and in the month of Rabiul Awwal, we celebrate his birth with great enthusiasm to show our love,” he said while speaking at the event.
Ghani accompanied the participants of the procession who included children as it passed through Kashmir Colony, Akhtar Colony and other adjacent areas.
PM Imran calls for promoting Sufi teachings
He said the personality of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a guidance and blessing for the entire humanity.
“Economic and social problems being faced by the country as well as the Muslims around the world could only be overcome by adopting qualities of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH),” he added.
The minister urged to follow his teachings of tolerance, understanding and respect for humanity.
“The life of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a perfect and practical interpretation of the Holy Quran and Allah Almighty has endowed the title of 'Compassion for all the Worlds' on the Holy Prophet (PBUH),” he stated.
