Fauzia Siddiqui, sister of Pakistani neuroscientist Aafia Siddiqui who is imprisoned in a US jail after being convicted of attempting to kill American soldiers, has sought help from the Chief Justice of Pakistan for bringing her sister back to Pakistan.
Fauzia filed an application in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. She pleaded that her sister has been sentenced to 86 years for a crime that she never committed.

What should the Supreme Court of Pakistan do here? Take a suo moto gainst the conviction by a US court? Or force Government of Pakistan to declare war against the United States?
Another "hero" of Pakistan similar to Khan in that anyplace outside of Pakistan they would be tried, convicted, and placed in jail. Make all the petitions to your SC you want because it's not going to change anything.
Wastage of time and money. We need to spend the money, here, in Pakistan to bring relief to thousands of women who are being marginalized in our society. The terror queen must pay for her crimes. Anyone, who thinks, she is innocent, must be made to read the stunning interview, her ex husband, gave to the news paper owned by Jamat i Islami. Lets spend the money on 1000's of terror victims in Pakistan instead of wasting on futile cause.
@Ahmer Ali: Government pf Pakistan has spent millions of dollars to secure release of this woman, who, if not herself a terrorist, was certainly messed up with people of terrorism background and activities. What more Pakistan and its people do they have sacrificed millions for this one useless piece of ** imagine those millions of dollars spent on educating and feeding the other millions of kids suffereng in Pakistan. I'l say let this woman and her family reap the poisonous fruit of the tree they groomed.
Ya Allah please help this daughter of Pakistan, she needs your help more than anything else.
