But who cares in this society of ours
In a society where injustice becomes justice, where illegality is the order of the day and where transgressing the law(s) is a common feature, no one does anything illegal.
But those who speak of law and legality, those who speak of ethics and morality, those who advocate the rules of business and employees service rules, those who point out flagrant violation; they are degraded, demoted and dubbed “illegal” which is why our country is plagued with various wicked problems. Those in power enjoy all perks and privileges. However, employees are forced to work odd and extra hours with little or no pay.
The powerful exploit these lower class employees and gain self-profit. Misuse of the power does not matter in an unjust society like ours. Freedom, peace, order and good government, all this has to be at stake in a society where no one does anything illegal and where injustice is the law.
But who cares in this society of ours.
Had the operators of law and those in authority accorded due respect, reverence and importance to the applications of law, this society would not have suffered as it is suffering on all counts today.
