According to Express News, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif’s son-in-law Captain (retd) Muhammad Safdar also reached the Services Hospital on Monday night.
Earlier, former prime minister’s personal physician Dr Adnan Malik tweeted that Sharif’s platelet count was critically low that could be due to multiple pathologies, and added that he required immediate hospital care.

“Former PM Nawaz Sharif is detected to have critically low Platelet Count (16*10^9/L) that could be due to multiple pathologies & requires immediate in-hospital care. I’ve requested the concerned authorities to act in urgency please,” he added.
The doctor later said the condition of Sharif was under control, adding that his dengue test was negative. “The platelets have been decreased allegedly due to medicines that make his blood thin,” added Dr Adnan.
Meanwhile, police confirmed that Sharif’s son-in-law Capt (retd) Safdar was arrested for making incendiary speech.
