Pakistan handed the final draft of the proposed bilateral agreement to India last Friday and the signing ceremony is expected to take place on either Wednesday or Thursday.
According to sources, Pakistan has maintained the $20 fee for every pilgrim - which India refuses to make part of the draft.

Pakistan has also accepted India's demand to allow devotees of other faiths – Hindus, Christians, Zoroastrians etc – to visit Baba Guru Nanak Devji’s final resting place.
Every day 5,000 pilgrims will be allowed to visit the holy site. India will share the list of pilgrims ten days before their visit. Pakistan will verify the list and finalise it four days before their visit.
The agreement will be signed either at Zero Point of Lahore’s Wagah border or the Kartarpur border.
