Kate's outfit looked quite similar to one of Diana's shalwar kameez looks while the latter was visiting Pakistan in 1996.

However, this is the second time Kate has taken inspiration from Diana. Her last night's look as she arrived in Pakistan had its own similarities to another one of Diana's outfits.
