A common act in Pakistan

TURBAT: Gutka is a mixture of addictive chemicals that are very harmful to the human body. The chemicals in gutka cause many diseases including mouth cancer. Unfortunately, chewing gutka has become a common act in Pakistan. People chew it without considering its implications. According to a report of Jinnah Hospital Karachi, 250 to 300 patients with mouth cancer caused by Gutka chewing are registered annually.

The government of Sindh is taking strict action against the buyers and sellers of gutka. If the sellers or buyers are found with gutka they will be sent to prison.

Considering its impacts, the government of Balochistan should also take strict action against gutka since it is destroying many lives.
