K-P law minister vows protection of women’s rights

PESHAWAR: K-P Law Minister Sultan Khan said that protection of women rights is priority of the PTI government.

He said this presiding a meeting held to recommend amendments on the K-P Domestic Violence Bill 2019. Law Secretary Zakaullah Khatak, gender issues expert Nudrat Mahir, K-P Women Commission Dr Riffat Sardar, Ombudsman  Rakhsahnda Naz and legal drafter Shagufta Naveed participated.
