Alteration in birth dates dismissed

It has become a common practice that employees change their birth dates in a bid to extend their retirement dates

RAWALPINDI: Ministry of finance has issued a clarification on applications by employees regarding alteration in date of births. According to the document, the ministry stated that date of birth at the time of joining job will be considered final until retirement. It further clarified that the employees were not allowed to change their birth date during their service period and all such applications have been dismissed. It has become a common practice that employees changed their birth dates in a bid to extend their retirement dates.
