Send in the Experts: PMA to monitor post-grad programmes

KARACHI: The Pakistan Medical Association’s Dr Syed Mirza Ali Azhar has said that post-graduate MD and MS programmes taught at different medical universities across the country need to be monitored. “This autonomous medical education board must be authorised to scrutinise MD and MS programmes proposed to be introduced by any of the medical universities in the country,” he said.
