Instagram is testing 'Group Story' feature

Users might soon be able to create stories together

Users might soon be able to create stories together as Instagram is in the testing phase of the new feature that it plans to bring soon to the photo-sharing app.

Recently, app researcher Jane Manchun Wong took to Twitter to share screenshots showcasing the Instagram Group story feature.

It will enable users to share content with a Group Story on Instagram, and from there they can send it to their close friends or a Group.



Previously, this feature was available on Facebook but the social media giant decided to take it down, however, their parent company Instagram is a more story-driven app which means the Group story feature will do much better.

Instagram has not confirmed any date as to when the feature will be made available to all.
