Pakistani tech vlogger gets YouTube's coveted Silver Play Button

For having surpassed 100,000 subscribers

KARACHI: With the rapidly increasing YouTube community in Pakistan and more vloggers joining the bandwagon of sharing their daily lives on social media with a video, there are also some that share informative videos that are all about gadgets.

YouTube makes user experience more private

Karachi-based Ameer Dagha, the founder of ReviewsPK has been awarded a Silver YouTube Play Button for having surpassed 100,000 subscribers.

The Silver Play Button is the first on the ladder of the YouTube Creator Awards. At this level, the channel becomes eligible to apply for the verification badge which just adds more credibility to the channel.

YouTube penalty is $170 million for collecting, sharing data from kids

The awards to add later are; Gold, Diamond and finally the Custom Creator Award which only six channels have been able to receive so far.

Speaking to The Express Tribune, Dagha shared what his vlogging experience has been like and how exactly he started off.
