Another person succumbed to dengue fever on Saturday. Shahzad, 25, was admitted at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre with dengue shock syndrome - a severe manifestation of dengue fever. His death brings the total number of dengue-related deaths in Karachi to 14. JPMC Executive Director Dr Seemi Jamali confirmed Shahzad’s death. The deceased was a resident of Landhi.
