Police arrest 14 over immoral activities

Recovers narcotics, valuables and weapons

ISLAMABAD: Capital police claim to have arrested 33 people from various areas of the city including 14 involved in immoral activities and recovered narcotics, valuables and weapons from them, a police spokesperson said. He said Aabpara police arrested Saad Saleem and recovered 200 grammes hashish from him. Secretariat police arrested Afghan national namely Asad staying illegally in the country. Bhara Kahu police arrested two men and a woman allegedly involved in, what police termed, immoral activities. Bhara Kahu police also arrested Khan Zada with 250 grammes of hashish. Bani Gala police arrested 13 people for illegal construction in the area in violation of section 144. Tarnol police arrested Majid Khan involved in a theft case while homicide police arrested an alleged murder Baz Khan and recovered two 30 bore pistols from him. Sihala police recovered stolen goods from Qaisar Aftab and Faizan for using fake number plates on a motorbike. Koral police arrested two men and nine women for immoral activities.
