Financial Dispute: PML-N leader’s son kills one

Subhani allegedly had a financial dispute with the injured men.

SIALKOT: Chaudhry Raza Subhani, son of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and ex-federal minister Chaudhry Abdul Sattar Waryo, and his nine accomplices wounded two persons named Mubashar and Rizwan in village Sahowali on Saturday. Both injured men were shifted to Government Allama Iqbal Hospital where Mubashar succumbed to his fatal injuries. Rizwan’s condition has also been stated as critical. According to reports, Subhani allegedly had a financial dispute with the injured men. The police have registered a case against Subhani and nine other unidentified persons but no arrest has been made yet. The Waryo family, one of the most politically influential in Sialkot, recently rejoined PML-N after quitting PML-Quaid.
