Lack of girls’ school

Letter September 24, 2019
The idea of illiterate boys and girls in the 21st century is unthinkable

JATH, BALOCHISTAN: Jath is a small village in sub-tehsil of Balnigwar, Kech, Balochistan. There is not even a primary school in the village. Other villages of Balnigwar too lack basic facilities, including schools.

Everyone should receive some basic level of education.

I'm urging the authorities concerned to set up at least a primary school for girls in our village. The idea of illiterate boys and girls in the 21st century is unthinkable.
